Argil Group at MARMOMAC 2026: Where Inspiration Shapes Timeless Beauty

Written by Argil Tiles Published on 08 Sep 2026 5 min read

We're proud to announce that Argil Group is exhibiting at MARMOMAC 2026, the world's biggest stone, design, and technology trade fair, held in Verona, Italy.

Dates: 22–25 September 2026 Location: Verona, Italy Hall: 10 Stand: R2

This year's theme captures exactly what we bring to the show floor:

"Surfaces that reflect nature. Designs that inspire. Spaces that last."

Why MARMOMAC, and Why Now

MARMOMAC is the biggest stone, design, and technology trade fair, held annually in Verona, Italy — a meeting point for architects, designers, distributors, and manufacturers in the stone and surfaces industry.

For Argil Group, exhibiting here is a chance to bring our Morbi, Gujarat-manufactured surfaces to a global stage, and to connect directly with the specifiers and buyers who are defining what "timeless" means in interiors today.

Italy has always been a source of design inspiration for us. Standing at Stand R2 this September, we're bringing that same spirit of craftsmanship and innovation, built on the discipline of Indian manufacturing and export-grade quality control. Our factory in Morbi supplies kitchens, bathrooms, retail floors, and hospitality projects, and MARMOMAC is the next step in extending that reach.

Who We Are: From Tradition to Technology

Argil Group's journey has always been about balancing respect for tradition with an openness to new technology. What started as a commitment to craftsmanship has grown into a full-scale manufacturing operation built around documented quality checks at every stage — mixing, pressing, and finishing — so that every slab and plank leaving our facility stays within an agreed shade and thickness.

That discipline has earned us recognition well beyond India:

  • ISO Certified manufacturing processes
  • TISI Thailand Standard compliance
  • SLSI Sri Lankan Standard compliance
  • Highest Export Awards
  • Highest National Awards

These aren't just certificates on a wall — they reflect the same quality control that lets architects and distributors mix and match our products across large, multi-site projects without worrying about inconsistency between lots.

What We're Showcasing

Link Lock — Revolution in Tiles (SPC Flooring)

Our rigid-core vinyl flooring system, Link Lock, is engineered for durability and ease of installation. Built from limestone powder, PVC, and stabilizers, it resists water, dents, and daily wear — making it a strong fit for kitchens, bathrooms, retail floors, and high-traffic commercial spaces. The click-lock system installs without glue or nails, and the layered construction (wear coat, decorative film, solid core, and underlayment) delivers a quieter, more comfortable floor that can mimic the look of natural wood or stone.

Dura Quartz — Unique & Versatile

Our engineered quartz surface collection, Dura Quartz, combines the visual richness of natural stone with the performance of engineered material. Blending mineral aggregates with resins and pigments — typically around 90% pulverised natural mineral and 10% polyresin, with slight variation by grade — these slabs resist stains, scratches, heat, and cracking, while keeping a consistent, uniform finish across every batch. That consistency matters most on large-scale projects, where kitchens, vanities, and platforms across an entire property need to look like they came from a single source, because they did.

Beyond durability, engineered surfaces like Dura Quartz offer a few practical advantages over natural stone alternatives:

  • More uniform colour and veining across every slab
  • More durable against everyday scratches, stains, and impact
  • Bacteria-free non-porous surface, ideal for kitchens and healthcare settings
  • Lower maintenance — no sealing or polishing required
  • Longer warranty coverage compared to natural stone
  • Friendlier to the environment, using engineered mineral content rather than fully quarried slabs

Where Our Surfaces Work

Different spaces put different demands on a surface, and our collections are built with those differences in mind.

  • Kitchens need a closed, non-porous surface that wipes clean after cooking and resists staining from oils and acids.
  • Bathroom vanities need a finish that holds up to constant moisture without warping or discolouring.
  • Offices and retail floors need to handle carts, foot traffic, and daily wear without cupping or wearing thin.
  • Hotels and hospitality projects need a calm, repeatable look that stays consistent across dozens or hundreds of rooms.

Because both our quartz and SPC lines come from the same plant, project teams can specify coordinated colours and finishes across an entire build — flooring, countertops, and vanities — without mixing lots from different suppliers.

Built for Export, From Sample to Site

A recurring question we get from international buyers is how the process works from first sample to final delivery. It typically starts with a sample board, after which we lock in thickness, edge profile, and finish together with the specifier. From there, our team confirms production capacity and packing requirements — cartons and crates are planned specifically for long export routes, whether by sea or land.

Once drawings or a bill of quantities are shared, our desk can advise on lead time, packing, and the nearest port schedule. Support doesn't stop at dispatch either — we continue with documentation, photos of finished lots, and guidance for site handling, so there are no surprises when the shipment arrives.

It's this same process — sample, confirm, produce, pack, ship, support — that we'll be walking MARMOMAC visitors through at Stand R2.
